Support is provided by Nahnu Plugins. This is a free plugin and support is best-effort. Bugs and confirmed issues are prioritised. There is no full documentation library. A single how-to guide covers everything you need to get started.

To set clear expectations, here is what falls inside and outside the support commitment for a free plugin.

FAQ

Common questions

Check here before posting on the forum.

Most stalled scans are caused by a PHP timeout. Try reducing the number of pages per scan to 3 or 4, or ask your host to raise the PHP max_execution_time setting. Caching plugins with aggressive rules can also block the scanner from seeing a real page load.
Some cookies are only set after a user action, such as adding a product to a cart, logging in, or accepting a consent notice. The scanner captures cookies on the initial page load only. For those, inspect your browser DevTools manually.
No. The scan only runs when you click the Run Scan button in the WordPress admin. It does not run in the background, does not affect visitor sessions, and does not send any data to external services.
Go to Asset Scanner > Settings and scroll to the Database section. Click the buttons to fetch the latest Open Cookie Database and Ghostery TrackerDB files from GitHub. This is a manual one-click action. See the how-to guide for detail.
Post on the support forum with the script handle, the file path, and the plugin you believe is actually registering it. Attribution corrections are added in patch releases.
Yes. Uninstalling the plugin removes all five custom database tables and all scan data. Deactivating only hides the admin interface. If you want to keep your scan history, export it before uninstalling.
Not currently. The plugin is fully free and GPL licensed. There are no locked features or upsells. If a pro version is released in the future it will be announced on the plugin page and on nahnuplugins.com.
